RETURNS & EXCHANGES 
Since all garments at Nishat Husain official are individually handcrafted for each client, we do not offer returns or exchanges based on a change of preference or dissatisfaction with style, color, or design.

However, in the rare event that you face quality issues with the outfit, or an incorrect item, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit—provided that you notify our team within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. We accept returns within 10 days that are received in their original condition. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting or insure the return shipment, as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. You will be liable for any loss or damage until we receive them at our warehouse. Any packaging must be returned where provided.

CUSTOMISED GARMENTS
Each customized Nishat Husain piece —including adjustments to sizing, fit, or design—is created uniquely for you, reflecting your personal preferences. As such, these garments are considered final sale. However, we are pleased to offer complimentary alterations to help refine the fit to perfection. The consultation can be carried out virtually with our design team.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be amended before they get processed at our warehouse. Unfortunately, after this time, we are not able to guarantee any changes. Contact client services if you wish to amend your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to process cancellations after the 24-hour window, as each piece is made-to-order.

DISCLAIMER
We strive to ensure that the colors viewed on our website are an exact representation of the actual color of the outfit. However, there may be minor variations due to several factors such as the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dyeing, and differences in display output due to lighting, digital photography, color settings, and the capabilities of monitors.
